No doubt that in accordance to agreed opinion between shia scholars, each and everyone who is not shia imamiya isna-ashariya, such person is kaafir.

[ 34911 ] 8 ـ وفي ( الخصال ) عن أبيه ، عن سعد بن عبدالله ، عن علي بن إسماعيل الأشعري ، عن محمد بن سنان ، عن أبي مالك الجهني ، قال : سمعت أبا عبدالله ( عليه السلام ) يقول : ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة ولا ينظر إليهم ولا يزكيهم ، ولهم عذاب أليم : من ادعى إماما ليست إمامته من الله ، ومن جحد إماما إمامته من عند الله ، ومن زعم أن لهما في الاسلام نصيبا .
8 – And in al-Khisal from his father from Sa`d b. `Abdullah from `Ali b. Isma`il al-Ash`ari from Muhammad b. Sinan from Abu Malik al-Juhani. He said: I heard Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام saying: Three whom Allah will not speak to them on the day of the resurrection, and not look to them, and not purify them, and for them is a painful punishment: One who claims an imam whose Imamate is not from Allah, and one who denies an Imam whose Imamate is from Allah, and one who claims that (either of) them have a share in Islam.

[ 34914 ] 11 ـ وفي ( عقاب الأعمال ) عن أبيه ، عن سعد ، عن أحمد ابن أبي عبدالله ، عن إسماعيل بن مهران ، عن رجل ، عن أبي المغرا ، عن ذريح ، عن أبي حمزة ، عن أبي عبدالله ( عليه السلام ) قال : منا الإمام المفروض طاعته ، من جحده مات يهوديا أو نصرانيا . . الحديث .
11 – And in `Iqab al-A`mal from his father from Sa`d from Ahmad b. Abi `Abdillah from `Isma`il b. Mihran from a man from Abu ‘l-Maghra from Dharih from Abu Hamza from Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام. He said: From us is the Imam whose obedience is decreed. Whoever denies him dies as a Jew or as a Christian – (al-hadith)

[ 34921 ] 18 ـ وفي كتاب ( إكمال الدين ) عن أحمد بن محمد بن يحيى ، عن أبيه عن عبدالله بن محمد بن عيسى ، عن الحسن بن موسى الخشاب ، عن غير واحد ، عن مروان بن مسلم ، قال : قال الصادق جعفر ابن محمد ( عليهما السلام ) : الإمام علم فيما بين الله عزّ وجلّ وبين خلقه ، فمن عرفه كان مؤمنا ، ومن أنكره كان كافرا .
18 – And in the book Ikmal ad-Deen from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Yahya from his father from `Abdullah b. Muhammad b. `Isa from al-Hasan b. Musa the wood merchant from more than one person from Marwan b. Muslim. He said: as-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad عليهما السلام said: The Imam is a sign between Allah `azza wa jalla and His creation. So whoever recognizes him is a believer, and whoever denies him is a kafir.

[ 34930 ] 27 ـ علي بن محمد الخزاز في ( الكفاية ) عن محمد بن علي ابن الحسين بن بابويه ، عن علي بن أحمد بن عمران ، عن محمد بن أبي عبدالله ، عن موسى بن عمران ، عن الحسين بن يزيد ، عن الحسن بن علي ابن أبي حمزة ، عن أبيه ، عن يحيى بن القاسم ، عن جعفر بن محمد ، عن آبائه ، عن النبي ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) قال : الأئمة بعدي اثنا عشر : أوّلهم علي بن أبي طالب ، وآخرهم القائم ـ إلى أن قال : ـ المقر بهم مؤمن ، والمنكر لهم كافر .
ورواه الصدوق بإسناده عن محمد بن أبي عبدالله الكوفي .
ورواه في ( عيون الأخبار ) مثله .
27 – `Ali b. Muhammad the silk dealer in al-Kifaya from Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn b. Babuwayh from `Ali b. Ahmad b. `Imran [`Ali b. Ahmad b. Muhammad b. `Imran the flour merchant – in al-Kifaya] from Muhammad b. Abi `Abdillah from Musa b. `Imran from al-Husayn b. Yazid from al-Hasan b. `Ali b. Abi Hamza [al-Husayn b. `Ali b. Abi Hamza – in al-Kifaya] from his father from Yahya b. al-Qasim [Yahya b. Abi ‘l-Qasim – in al-Kifaya] from Ja`far b. Muhammad from his fathers from the Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله. He said: The Imams after me are twelve. The first of them is `Ali b. Abi Talib and the last of them is the Qa’im –until he said: The one who is settled  with them is a believer, and the deniar of them is a kafir.
And as-Saduq narrated it by his isnad from Muhammad b. Abi `Abdillah al-Kufi.
And he narrated it in `Uyun al-Akhbar likewise.

[ 34932 ] 29 ـ وعن الحسين بن علي ، عن التلعكبري ، عن الحسين ابن حمدان ، عن عثمان بن سعد ، عن محمد بن مهران ، عن محمد بن إسماعيل ، عن خالد بن مفلس ، عن نعيم بن جعفر ، عن أبي حمزة الثمالي ، عن أبي خالد الكابلي ، عن علي بن الحسين ( عليهما السلام ) قال : قلت له : كم الأئمة بعدك ؟ قال : ثمانية ، لأن الأئمة بعد رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) اثنا عشر ـ إلى أن قال : ـ ومن أبغضنا وردنا أورد واحدا منا فهو كافر بالله وبآياته .
29 – And from al-Husayn b. `Ali [al-Hasan b. `Ali – in Kifaya] from at-Talla`ukbari  from al-Husayn b. Hamdan from `Uthman b. Sa`d [`Uthman b. Sa`id – in Kifaya] from Muhammad b. Mihran from Muhammad b. Isma`il from Khalid b. Mufallisfrom Na`im b. Ja`far from Abu Hamza ath-Thumali from Abu Khalid al-Kabuli from `Ali b. al-Husayn عليهما السلام. He said: I said to him: How many Imams are there after you? He said: Eight, for verily the Imams after the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وآله are twelve – until he said: And whoever hates us and rejects us or rejects one from us, then he is a kafir by (i.e. against) Allah and by His signs.

[ 34936 ] 33 ـ وعن أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد ، عن محمد بن المفضل ، عن محمد بن عبدالله بن زرارة ، عن مرزبان القمي ، عن عمران الاشعري ، عن جعفر بن محمد ( عليه السلام ) أنه قال : ثلاثة لا ينظر الله إليهم ، ولا يزكّيهم ، ولهم عذاب أليم : من زعم ( أن إماما من ليس ) بامام ، ومن زعم في إمام حق أنه ليس بامام وهو إمام ، ومن زعم أن لهما في الإسلام نصيبا .
33 – And from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Sa`id from Muhammad b. al-Mufaddal from Muhammad b. `Abdullah b. Zurara from Marzaban al-Qummi from `Imran al-Ash`ari from Ja`far b. Muhammad عليه السلام that he said: Three whom Allah will not look to them [on the day of the resurrection – in al-Ghayba] and not purify them and for them is a painful punishment: Whoever claims that an imam who is not [that he is an imam and he is not – in al-Ghayba] an Imam, and whoever claims regarding an Imam of truth that he is not an Imam and he is an Imam, and whoever claims that (either of) them have a share in Islam.

[ 34937 ] 34 ـ وعن محمد بن يعقوب ، عن الحسين بن محمد ، عن معلى ، عن أبي داود المسترق ، عن علي بن ميمون ، عن ابن أبي يعفور ، قال : سمعت أبا عبدالله ( عليه السلام ) يقول : ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة ، ولا يزكّيهم ، ولهم عذاب أليم : من ادعى إمامة من الله ليست له ، ومن جحد إماما من الله ، ومن زعم أن لهما في الاسلام نصيبا .
ورواه الكليني مثله .
ورواه أيضا عن عدة من أصحابنا ، عن أحمد بن محمد ، عن الوشاء ، عن داود الحمار ، عن ابن أبي يعفور مثله .
34 – And from Muhammad b. Ya`qub (in al-Kafi) from al-Husayn b. Muhammad from Mu`alla from Abu Dawud al-Mustariqq from `Ali b. Maymun from Ibn Abi Ya`fur. He said: I heard Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام saying: Three whom Allah will not speak to them on the day of the resurrection nor purify them, and for them is a painful punishment: One who claims Imamate from Allah (and) it is not for him, and one who denies an Imam from Allah, and one who claims that (either of) them have a share in Islam.
