Kulayni narrated in his “Al-Kafi” (1/148 (265):
سمعت أبا عبدالله (عليه السلام) يقول: ما تنبأ نبي قط، حتى يقر لله بخمس خصال: بالبداء والمشيئة والسجود والعبودية والطاعة.
I heard abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) saying, “No prophet has ever proclaimed prophethood before acknowledging before Allah about five things. Acknowledgement of al-Bada’, of the will of Allah, the prostration,worshipping and obedience.”
سمعت الرضا (عليه السلام) يقول ما بعث الله نبيا قط إلا بتحريم الخمر وأن يقر لله بالبداء.
“I heard Imam al-Rida (a.s.) saying, “Allah never sent a prophet without the law that prohibits the use of wine and without belief in al-Bada.’”

Im just wondering what “Al-Bada'” Means??

Shuyukh of rafidah would promise their followers such and such things, when it didn’t happen, they would say: Allah changed his wish regarding it. And that would be called al-badah.

At present, how come we know that God’s will is changed about some matter?When we have no direct contact with Aaimma Hlehmussalam for confirmation. Kindly quote Quranic Ayyah No. regarding this concept of Al Bada.
