And al Barqi narrated in his book, al Mahasin, from ibn Mahboob, from Abdullah b. Sinan from abi Abdullah (as) who said: A man came to Ali (as), so he said to him (as): “I have come to seek advise whether I should propose to Hasan, Hussain or Abdullah b. Ja’far?” So Ali (as) said: “(Speaking as) The trusted adviser, as for Hasan, so indeed he divorces women a lot, instead arrange marriage with Hussain for indeed he is good for your daughter.”

Muhadith Noori reprts in Mustadrak al Wasail (Volume 15, Page 250) a narration from ibn Shahr Ashoob: From abi Talib in Quwat al Quloob that he, that is Imam Hasan (as) married two hundred and fifteen women, and it is also said (that he married) three hundred, and Ali (as) was anxious of that, so he would say in his sermon: “Indeed Hasan divorces a lot so do not arrange Nikah with him.”

Wives of Imam Hasan (as)

Shaikh al Kaf’ami said: “He had sixty four wives, besides the slave girls.”

Makarim al Akhlaq by Shaikh Tabrisi: It has been reported that Hasan b. Ali married more than two hundred women, and would sometimes marry four women in one sitting.
Discussion:
1) These reports and testimonies perfectly refutes idea that ahlal bayt were poor.
2) I want to ask shias, are such number of marriages is a sign of sinless masoom? Taken into consideration that even Ali (his own father) said not to marry women to him, we should say that in the eyes of Ali, such attitude of his son wasn’t praiseworthy.
Curse of Allah be upon Nasibiis !
you try to defame the members of ahl ul bayt alayehim assalam ajmaeen.shame on you.at that time it was not taken as bad to commit polygamy. How many wives had hazrat Umar ?How many wives did Hazrat Abu Bakar have?
Why dont you quote al bidaya wan nahay where it is written that muawiya examined the farj of a female slave which had been bought by his slave for him and after examining he said give it to yazeed and said in sheer desperateness that would that this would have been my property !
You nasibis are all from progeny of muawiya and yazeed!
First of all, even if you accusations against companions happen to be true one, no one from us ever claimed that companions were masoom.
But you and your sect claims that from Hasan ibn Ali. So explain, instead of attacking, how is that? How masoom could do so many times a divorce, if it is anger Allah?
Allaha does not like divorces, how allah will like that person who marries and divorces without any reason!
