First one:
In his book “Najul Haq wa Kashul Sidq”, at page 221, allama of shias al-Hilli said:
Hadith: I am city of knowledge – 19: In Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and Saheeh of Muslim. Said: No one from companions of messenger of Allah, sallahu alaihi wa ali, (ever) said: Ask me, except Ali ibn Abu Talib.
Comment: I am not sure what he mean. If he mean that hadith: I am city of knowledge, is in the Muslim – he lied.
If he mean that hadith that no one except Ali ever said ask me, is in the Saheeh Muslim, he also lied.
Example 2.
In the same book, at page 240, he said:
And in Saheeh of Muslim: Ali was on the minbar, (and he said): Ask me, before you would lose me. Ask me about book of Allah Azwajl, and there is no verse in it, except I know how it was revealed.
Comment: This report is not in saheeh of Muslim.
