Shaykh of shias at-Toose in “al-Mabsut” (6/192) wrote:

Translation:

And it was narrated from messenger (sallalahu alaihi wa ali) that he said: Who swears by other than Allah makes shirk, and in other (reports it is in this form) makes disbelief in Allah.
