Perverted fiqh of Ramadan

حدث في أحد أيام شهر رمضان الحالي أن شاهدت بعض الملفات الإباحية ، وبعدها أمسكت بالذكر بقوة (من دون استمناء) وحصل القذف. سؤالي هو، هل يجب علي القضاء والكفارة؟

In one of the day of current Ramadan it happen to me that I have seen some porn docs, and then I take my penis with strength (without making masturbation) and ejaculation happen. My question is it obligated upon me to make up (this day) and kaffarah?


 إن حدث القذف بدون قصد، ولا كان من عادتك حدوث القذف بذلك الفعل، فالصوم صحيح، ولا قضاء عليك ولا كفارة.

Ejaculation happen without intention, and it’s not from your habit to ejaculate with this deed, AND YOUR FAST IS VALID, AND THERE IS NO RECOMENSATION UPON YOU (OF THAT DAY) AND NO KAFFARAH!

#155. انا فتاه عمري 16 سنه وابي احيانا يقبلني من رقبتي ويلامس دبري بيده هل يجوز ذلك؟
لايجوز إذا كان بقصد التلذذ

Question #155 I am girl – 16 years old, my father sometimes kisses me from my neck, and rubs my dubur by his hand, is that permitted?
Answer: It’s not permitted if the purpose (of such actions) is enjoyment.

Discussion: When someone says such and such act isn’t permitted with such and such condition, that mean it’s fine without this condition.

I intentionally didn’t translate word dubur. Let us first see the usage of this word from the very same page with fatwas from al-Khui’s official site.

Q. 162:

 ماحكم الوطء في دبر الزوجة مع رضاها

What is a ruling of making sodomy in the dubur with wife if she is pleased..?


اذا اتى شاب فتاة غير متزوجه في دبرها . ثم اراد ان يتزوج بها فهل يجوز ان يتزوجها ام انها تكون محرمة عليه ولا يصح زواجهما

If young man came to girl, not married with her, in her dubur, then he wants marry her, is it permitted to marry her or she is forbidden for him and their marriage isn’t correct?

Q. 177 – 3

هل يجوز أن يأتي الرجل زوجته من الدبر برضاها؟

Is it permitted for  a man to approach his wife in dubur if she pleased with that?


هل يجوز مجامعة الزوجة من الدبر في الزواج المتعة اذا كانت بكر والزوج لا يريد ان يخترق بكارتها

Is it permitted to make intercourse with wife from dubur in the mutah marriage if she is virgin and don’t want to loose her virginity

So as we can see it is clear what does dubur means. And this ayatollat permitted man to kiss his daughter from neck, and rub her dubur with his hand, if there is no enjoyment!!!!! And why should we surprised by this fatwa, if we all remember that other shaitan – Ayatolla Abtahi seen no problem in kissing own daughter between breasts!

In order to elevate the spiritual atmosphere, create proper psychological conditions and tranquility of mind,the Province of the Quds’eh-Razavi of Khorassan has created centres for temporary marriage (just next door to the shrine) for those brothers who are on pilgrimage to the shrine of our eighth Imam, Imam Reza, and who are far away from their spouses.To that end, we call on all our sisters who are virgins, who are between the ages of 12 and 35 to cooperate with us. Each of our sisters who signs up will be bound by a two year contract with the province of the Quds’eh-Razavi of Khorassan
and will be required to spend at least 25 days of each month temporarily married to those brothers who are on pilgrimage. The period of the contract will be considered as a part of the employment experience of the applicant. The period of each temporary marriage can be anywhere between 5 hours to 10 days. Translation of Shia Hadith Qudsi:
Allah said to the Prophet sallalahu alaihi wa ala alihi wa sallam: “O Ahmad if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t have created the universe, and if it weren’t for Ali I wouldn’t have created you, and if it weren’t for Fatima I wouldn’t have created you both.”

Looking to the private parts of non-muslim

Kulayni narrated in “al-Kafi” (6/501), at-Toose in “Makarimul ahlaq” (p 56), Bahrani in “Hadaiq an-Nadira” (2/5), al-Hur al-Amili in “Al-Wasail” (2/35):

27 – علي بن إبراهيم عن أبيه عن ابن أبي عمير عن غير واحد عن أبي عبد الله ع قال : النظر إلى عورة من ليس بمسلم مثل نظرك إلى عورة الحمار

From Abu Abdullah (alaihi salam): “Looking to the private parts of non-muslim is equal to looking to the private parts of donkey”.

Hadith is muwathaq like saheeh, as said al-Majlisi.

In the book of at-Toose stated in the beginning that it’s disliked to look to the private parts of Muslim and looking to the private parts of non-Muslim is equal to looking to the private parts of donkey.

Discussing: From the beginning in the book of Toose it’s known that looking to the private parts of Muslim is undesirable. NOT FORBIDDEN.

Second part of hadith should be different in the meaning, because Imam put the difference. So if Muslims private parts is undesirable, that’s mean looking to the private parts of non-Muslim is permitted. And as you can see Imam compared looking to them with looking to the same part of donkeys.

No wonder why some shias so addicted to pornography.



Rafidah call the best Messengers of Allah Nawasib

2- Nuh (as): Drowning.
3- Ibrahim (as): Thrown in fire.
4- Yousuf (as): Thrown in well.
5- Ayoob (as): Affliction.
6- Dawud (as): The mistake.
7- Yunus (as): Imprisoned in belly of the whale.
