Al-Khoe and another takfir upon non-isnaasharis

By brother TripolySunni:

Kitab Tahara Sayyed Ayatullah Al Khoe’i (2/84):

http://www.yasoob.com/books/htm1/m001/04/no0466.html

8- We had already spoke about The Najasah(uncleanliness) of all the teams who differ with the Twelver Shias and their Tahara. And in brief that denying the Wilayah for all the Imams PBUT or some of them is like denying the message and it brings Kufr and Najasah? Or that Denying The Wilayah necessarily means leaving Iman (Belief) with the Hukm of his Islam and Tahara. What is popular amongst the scholars Is the Tahara of those who differ with us Although the author of the book “Al Hada’eq” May Allah sanctify his secret has attributed to the modern scholars like al Sayyed al murtada that it was popular amongst them That those who differ are Kouffar and Najis even the other Shia teams. What we can use to prove the Najasah of those who differ with us is divided into three parts, Firstly what we Read in Countless and plenty of Narrations that those who differ with the Imams are Kouffar

Now the Opinion becomes clearer:

And thus Other Shia teams like Zaidiyah, Kisaniyah, Ismaliyah and others their ruling is the same as that of those who differ with us because there is no difference between denying Wilayah of the Imams altogether and between accepting it for some Imams and denying it for other Imams, and it was mentioned that he who denies one denies all, and I know that Denying this Wilayah does not mean Kufr or Najasah nor does denying Wilayah for some of the Imams, What is correct is The Tahara of all those who differ with the Twelver Shia and their Islam Based on what is Apparent Although in reality They are All Kouffar and we have called them Muslims in The Dunyah and Kaffirs on The Day of judgement.

Takfir of Muslims from Wasailu-shia by Amili

No doubt that in accordance to agreed opinion between shia scholars, each and everyone who is not shia imamiya isna-ashariya, such person is kaafir.

Taken from Wasa’il ash-Shi`a, book of the hudud and ta`zirat, chapters on the hadd of the apostate, volume 28.

Takfir of shaykhan

Majlesee in “Bihar al anwar”:

“From a free-slave of Alee ibn Husayn [ibn Alee may Allaah be pleased with them] that he said : ‘I was with him (i.e. Alee ibn Husayn may Allaah be pleased with him) in one of the situations where he was alone, so I said : ‘Indeed I have a right upon you , that you inform me about these two men : Aboo Bakr and Umar?’

So he replied : “Kaafiraan [They are two kaafirs /disbelievers] , Kaafir man ahabbahumaa [And whoever loves them is a kaafir].”

Takfir of all companions

Taken from commentary of shia scholar Ayashi, narration #148:

From Khannan ibn Sadeer from his father from Abu Jafar (alaihi salam): “People became apostates after (death of) prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa ala alihi wa sallam)”. And I said: Who are these three?”. He said: “al-Miqdad, Abu Dharr and Salman al-Farese”…

In “Kitab Sulaym ibn Qays” written:

Ali (alayhi salam) said: “All people apostated after prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa ala alihi wa sallam) except 4 of them”.

Al-Kulayni says in Rawdhatul Kaafi Vol.8  pg. 235, and Majlisi in “Mirat” said it’s hasan or muwathaq:

‘People became apostates after the death of the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam), except for three people: Miqdad ibn Aswad, Abu Dharr Ghifari and Salmaan Farsi.’

Clear-cut takfir of Islamic ummah from M. Majlisi

Salam alaikum.

In his book “Biharul anwar” (8/365) Majlisi narrated:

“Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa alihi) said: “Whoever would reject imamate of Ali after me, he rejected my prophethood, and whoever rejected my prophethood like rejected Allah and his lordship”.

And in the same volume at page 366, he narrated:

And prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa alihi) said: “After me would be 12 imams, first of them commander of faithful Ali ibn Abu Talib (alaihi salam) and last from them is Qaem. Obedience to them is obedience to me. And disobedience of them is disobedience to me, and whoever would reject one of them, he rejected me”.

And at the same page he narrated:

And Sadiq (alaihi salam) said: “Whoever would doubt in disbelief of our enemies and our oppressors is kaafir”.

And at page 368 he quoted other shia scholar, sheikh at-Toose:

And in our view whoever fought against amiralmuminin he’s kaafir, and proof for that is agreed opinion of firqatu al-muhaqaqat al-imamiyah, and their agreed opinion is a proof (hujja), and we also know that whoever fought him, he rejected his imamate…

Conclusion:

1) All Muslims who rejected imamate of anyone from 12 imams are kuffar in the view of imamiyah.

2) Aisha, Talha, Zubayr, Muawiya are disbelievers in accordance to agreed opinion of imamiyah.

Takfir on Aisha (r.a)

This is a shia book titled : Forty [proofs] on the Imaamate of our Pure Imaams.

It says :

The 40th Proof :
What has been narrated of the disgrace on the enemies of the Ahlu-Bayt :
from what proves the leadership of our twelve imaams : is ‘Aisha the Kaafira [the disbeliever], the one who deserves the fire.
This is incumbent and imperative for our sect, and our twelve imaams.
This is because whoever said [and believed] in the khilaafa of the three [Abu Bakr, ‘Umar & Uthmaan] ; believes in her [having] ‘Eeman [belief],and her glorification, and in holding her in high esteem.
And whoever believes in the twelve imaams ; says [holds as his creed] that she is deserving of the fire…”

Takfir of islamic ummah from their book al-Kafi

Salam alaikum.

Kulayni narrated in Kafi vol 1, p 223, #1:

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn al-Muhtadi from ‘Adallah ibn Jundab to who Imam al-Rida (a.s.) wrote the following. “Thereafter, (thanking Allah) Muhammad (s.a.) was the trustee of Allah for His creatures. When he was taken away from this world we, Ahl al-Bayt inherited him, thus, we are the trustees of Allah over His earth. With us is the knowledge of the sufferings, the death, the genealogy of the Arabs and the birth of Islam. We know the man when we see him in the truth of faith or hypocrisy. Our followers (Shi‘a) are listed (with us) by their names and the names of their fathers. Allah has established a covenant with them and with us. They land wherever we would do so and enter wherever we would enter. There is no one besides us and them upon Islamic nation. We are the noble saviors and the descendents of the prophets and of the children of the successors of the prophets. We the ones to whom the book of Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, has come exclusively. We, of all people, have the first priority (closeness) to the book of Allah. We, of all people, have the first priority (closeness) to the Messenger of Allah. For us He formed His religion.

“He has established for you (family of Muhammad) a form of religion which is of the commands to Noah {we are commanded with whatever Noah was commanded}. It is of the mattes that We have revealed to you (Muhammad) and of the commands to Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus to follow.{We have taught and preached the knowledge that was taught to us. We were given the knowledge of these prophets. We are the heirs of the commissioned Messengers}. (He has explained it) so that you (family of Muhammad) would be steadfast and united (all in a united group) in your religion. What you call the polytheists {polytheists in the acknowledgement of the Divine authority of Imam Ali (a.s.} to{the acknowledgement of the Divine authority of Imam Ali (a.s.}is extremely grave for them. God {O Muhammad} attracts to (the religion) whomever He wants and guides to it whoever turns to Him in repentance.” (42:13)

Majlisi in “Mirat” said hadith is hasan (good).

So dear Muslim don’t be deluded by their false call to so called Islamic unity, they don’t see anyone except themselves upon Islam.

Shirazi: Takfir upon all other than shia

Salam alaykum.

Book “Fiqh” Kitab at-tahara, author Ayatollat Sayed Muhammad Shirazi. Darul Ulum, Lebanon.

“As for all the other groups [sects] of the shia – other than the the itnaa ashariyya [The twelvers] : then many texts have proved their disbelief , like the previous narrations which have been mentioned. They prove that ”Whoever denies [rejects / opposes] an Imam : is like one who said : ‘Allaah is one of three.’ “

Takfir of all ahle-sunna by Tijani

Salam alaikum.

It’s well known fact that nawasib, enemies of Ali are kuffar in shia view.

Muhammad Tijani Samawi in his book “The Shi’ah are (the real) Ahl al-Sunnah” etitled  30 chapter  “Enmity of “Ahl al-Sunnah” Towards Ahl al-Bayt Reveals their Identity”.

In the very begining of this chapter shia said:

Any researcher stands dumbfounded when he collides with the reality about “Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama`ah” and comes to know that they were the enemies of the pure Progeny of the Prophet, following those who fought Ahl al-Bayt and cursed them and spared no means to murder them and obliterate their legacy. This is why you find “Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama`ah” placing the label of “reliable” on all traditionists if they are Kharijites or Nasibi followers of Uthman. They charge and accuse all the traditionists who are loyal to Ahl al-Bayt of being “weak.”

Allahu Akbar! May Allah curse this shia for such blatant lie! As for his charge regarding labling shia narrators as weak one, i believe i discussed this lie here.

Clear takfir of all moslems from book of ibn Babaveyh al-Qummi

Ibn Babaveyh al-Qummi, shaykh as-Saduq in his “Amali” (3rd Council, p.19, Narration 6) narrated:

Narrated Muhammad bin Ali [rahimahullah] from his uncle Muhammad bin Abil-Qasim, from Muhammad bin Ali al-Kufi, from Muhammad bin Sinaan, from Ziyad bin al-Munthir, from Sa’eed bin Jubair, from Ibn Abbas said: The Messenger [sallalahu alaihi wa ala alihi wa sallam] said: He who disputes with Ali bin Abi talib [alaihi salam] after me is a Kafir and he who joins someone with him is a Polytheist. He who loves him is a believer, and he who hates him is a hypocrite. He who follows him is a follower, and who fights him is an apostate, and who rejects him will perish. Ali is the Light of Allah in His earth and His proof on His servants. Ali is the sword of Allah against His enemies, and the inheritor of the knowledge of His Prophets. Ali is the Upper Word of Allah, and the word of his enemies is the lower. Ali is the Master of the Appointees (Awsiya), and the Appointee of the Master of Prophets. Ali is the Chief of Believers (Amirul-Mu’mineen), leader of “al-Ghurr al-Muhajjalin” and the Imam of all Muslims, Allah does not accept the faith but by accepting his Walayah and (full) obediance to him.”

Disscussion: It is very clear from this narration, according to the Shi’ites, that the Companions of the Apostle of Allah and all AhluSunnah wal Jamaa’ah, are Kafir polytheists. It is worthy of note here, how Ali is elevated to the status of Allah ], that if you joined an Imam beside him, it is equal to joining another god beside Allah. The fabrication of this narration and thousands others are clear, specially for those who read Arabic and can distinguish between the Prophet’s style of talk and the Persian Zoroastrian who tries to immitate him.

Some other example of takfir from shias

Muhammad Baqer Majlese said:
“U should know that usage of words shirk and kufr regarding people who don’t believe in the imamate of amiralmominin (a.s) and imams from his descendants, is a proof that such people would remain in the hell forever”. Source: “Bihar al anwar” 23/390

Shias narrated that prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa salam) said:
“Who would reject imamate of Ale after me, he rejected my prophecy, and whoever rejected my prophecy, he rejected rububiyatihi”

Source: “Bihar” 27/61. And “Amale” Saduq p 754

And they reported from Sadiq:
“Rejecting the last one from us, is like rejecting the first one from us”.
Source: “Bihar” 27/61.

So even if we would accept all of them, and reject the last one we are still kuffar in their view.

And they reported from prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa salam)

“There are 12 imams after me, first of them is Ale ibn Abi Taleb, and last one is Qayum, obedience to them is obedience to me, insubordination of them is insubordination of me. AND WHOEVER WOULD REJECT ONE OF THEM, HE REJECTED ME”.
Source: “Bihar” 27/61.

And in “Bihar” we can also read:
“Whoever reject them (imams) or doubt in them, or reject one of them, or doubt in one of them, or (whoever) would be a friend to their enemy, or (even) with one from their enemies, such person is gone astray, lost, and kaafir……” Source: Bihar 25/362.

Another takfir from shias

And they have reported from imam As-Sadik:

Translation:
Who will be (even) in doubt regarding disbelief of our enemies, opressors, he is disbeliever“.

Majlisi “Bihar al anwar” 8/366
Hijazee “Duraroor akhbar” p 106
Hurr al Amili “Wasael ush shia” 28/345/#34923

Comment:
There is no any single doubt that in accordance to shia Abu Bakr (r.a), Umar(r.a), Uthmaan (r.a) were enemies and opressors.
And that’s why we, who accept them like moslems, are disbelievers in shia view.
