Husayn (r.a) blaming shias for his death

Bismillah.

Salam alaikum.

Shias in the world, and unfortunately some small amount of sunnis are confident that Yazid was the only one person who was responsible for murdering of Husayn (r.a).

But this is not true.

Let us see who was accused by Husayn (r.a) himself in regards to this crime.

In “Muntahal Amal” by sheikh of shias Abbas Qummi (1/535), we can see Husayn saying to people who inviting him to Kufa:

abbas qummi muntahal amal 1.535

اللهم أحكم بيننا وبين قوم دعونا لينصرونا فقتلونا

Translation: O Allah! Judge between us and people, that called us (here) to help us and then killed (fought) us.

Check any known historic shia or sunni books. That was shias of Kufa that called Husayn (r.a) to their city, and then due to fear, hypocrisy, money they betrayed him and killed him.

The Imams ordered fasting on ‘Ashura

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you all,

Some cute Shi’tes claimed that the Ahadith in which the Prophet SAWS tells us to fast the tenth of Muharram “Ashura” is a fabrication by the Umayyads and they accuse Mu’awiyah (ra) of this (Although it’s narrated by many others), what the cute Shi’ites didn’t know is that these Ahadith are found in al-Bukhari and Muslim which were written many years after the Umayyad Caliphate fell, so there was no “political pressure” … but enough about this, let’s just quote it from their own books by their own narrators and from their own Imams:

علي بن الحسن بن فضال عن هارون بن مسلم عن مسعدة بن صدقة عن ابي عبد الله عن أبيه عليهما السلام ان عليا عليه السلام قال: صوموا العاشورا التاسع والعاشر فانه يكفر ذنوب سنة. كتاب تهذيب الاحكام ج4ص299

‘Ali bin al-Hassan bin Faddal from Haroun bin Muslim from Masa’adah bin Sadaqah from Imam abu ‘Abdullah from his Father that ‘Ali (as) said: “Fast on ‘Ashoora the ninth and tenth for it removes the sins of a whole year.”

(Non-Rafidi) English book on the tragedy of Karbala!

Knowing the Sirah of the Sahaba & Ahl Al-Bayt is something every Muslim should strife for, especially the great figures amongst them such as Al-Hussein Ibn Ali Ibn Abi Talib. Now the problem is that the net is filled with Rafidi exaggeration and lies, they flooded the net (just as the Chrstians flooded the net with THEIR version of Jesus), so it is sometimes frustrating. Of course there are LOADS of books in Arabic (even classical books and in Tarikh books such as in the ‘Al-Bidayah wa Al-Nihayah’ of the student of Ibn Taymiyyah, i.e. Hafidh Ibn Kathir you will find lots of information about the tragedy of Karbala), yet most of them are not translated (heck many creed books are not even translated yet).

There is one book we would like to recommend (click on the image to download):

The book is basically a compilation of various Muslims (Sunni) sources in regards to the tragedy of Karbala.

Did the events of Karbala actually take place, and if so why do we not mention this event and the massacre in our Khutbas?

A Sunni who is influenced by what the Raafidis say and is confused about what is true and correct
Did the events of Karbala actually take place, and if so why do we not mention this event and the massacre of the Prophets grandson and his children in our Khutbas? Also did the Prophet not mention in a Hadith that there will be 12 successors after me? has there not been over 12 caliphs? I have been reading about Shia Islam and a lot of the facts they believe in are mentioned in our books, like the dispute between Abu Baker and Fatima for example (May good be pleased with them). I am very confused and need an answer. I feel it is your duty to answer me with all the facts and truths. I realize that is is a touchy subject but I long for your help. This answer may determine which sect of Islam to follow.

Hajj and the day of ‘Arafa according to Islam & Rafidism [+VIDEO]

The day of ‘Arafah, a day that should be known to every single Muslim, the best day of the year in the sight of the creator of mankind, Allaah subhaanahu wa ta’aala. It is the day on which the religion was perfected (yes, on ‘Arafa and not at Ghadir Khum as the Rafidah claim) and Allaah’s Favour was completed.
